Cosy Camp is committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please read the following terms to understand our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and available options.

1. Delivery

1.1 Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions, Cosy Camp will supply and deliver the items in your order. Delivery will be carried out either by Cosy Camp or a trusted courier service to the address you provide at checkout.

1.2 You must provide a valid and complete delivery address that meets Cosy Camp’s requirements. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

1.3 Delivery timeframes displayed on our website or provided in correspondence are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver within these timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, stock shortages, weather events, or peak seasonal demand.

1.4 If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time (as determined by Cosy Camp), you may contact us to request cancellation of the undelivered portion and receive either a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

1.5 If the courier cannot complete the delivery because the address is incorrect, inaccessible, or unattended, you may be charged additional delivery fees. Cosy Camp may attempt redelivery (at your cost) or cancel the order and refund you less applicable shipping fees.

1.6 Some goods may require additional shipping fees due to their size, weight, or delivery location. You will be notified of any such additional costs before or after placing your order, and your order will proceed only after you accept and pay the extra amount.

1.7 Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries will be made to ground level only. You authorise Cosy Camp or the courier to leave your order unattended in a safe location (“Authority to Leave”) if no one is available to receive it.

1.8 Risk and ownership of goods transfer to you once your order has been dispatched from our facility. If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered separately depending on availability.

2. Processing Time

2.1 Orders are typically processed within Two (2) business days of purchase. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2.2 Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of purchase. Cosy Camp is not responsible for any delays, losses, or redelivery costs resulting from inaccurate information.

3. Shipping Methods and Express Delivery

3.1 Cosy Camp offers several shipping methods to suit your needs.

3.2 Standard shipping is available for all orders and provides reliable, cost-effective delivery.

3.3 Express shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. If you would like to upgrade your order to express delivery, please contact our customer service team before or immediately after placing your order to confirm availability and additional cost.

3.4 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, size, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

4.2 The final shipping cost will appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4.3 Additional fees may apply for oversized items or deliveries to remote and rural areas. If you believe your address may fall into this category, please contact our customer service team for assistance prior to placing your order.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Cosy Camp uses trusted delivery partners to ensure timely delivery across Australia. Estimated delivery times (from the date of dispatch) are as follows:

Melbourne Adelaide, and Sydney Metropolitan Areas: 1–2 business days

Regional Victoria and New South Wales: 3–5 business days

Other States and Remote Areas: 3–10 business days

Please note: Deliveries to regional Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia may experience additional delays due to weather events, flooding, or transport disruptions.

6. Returns and Damaged Goods

6.1 You must inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If any goods are missing, damaged, or faulty, please contact Cosy Camp within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence.

6.2 If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions.

6.3 All returns must include proof of purchase and, where possible, the original packaging and accessories. Packaging damage during return transit is not considered a fault, as packaging is intended to protect the product.

7. Order Updates and Customer Service

7.1 You will receive email updates as your order progresses, including confirmation when your order is placed, processed, and shipped.

1. Inspection & Notification

(a) You must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.(b) If the Goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty, you must notify Cosy Camp within 24 hours of delivery, stating the issue and providing photographic evidence.

2. Returns / Exchanges — Retail Goods

Unless otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law):

2.1 Eligibility & Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Goods must be in brand-new condition: unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, manufacturer defect).

Use a tracked shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible.

2.2 Refunds & Store Credit

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (where applicable) or a store credit.

Refunds or credits are processed within 5 business days of acceptance.

Refunds exclude original outbound shipping costs for online orders.

If you opt for store credit, it will be deposited to your Cosy Camp account and valid for 12 months from issuance.

Change-of-mind returns will incur a 20% restocking fee (deducted from the refundable amount or credit).

2.3 Exchanges

Exchanges for size, colour, or equivalent items must be requested within 30 days.

Items for exchange must satisfy the same condition rules as returns.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

3. Non-Returnable / Excluded Goods

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (except where required by law):

Used, altered, washed or damaged goods

Custom or personalised orders

Consumables (e.g. food, toiletries) once opened or partially used

Final sale, clearance, or discounted items where noted as non-returnable

Travel Packages, Rental Packages, and Services (see Section 4 below)

4. Rentals, Travel Packages & Services

Because these involve time-bound, specialised services, additional rules apply:

4.1 No general returns or cancellationsRental Packages, Travel Packages, and Services cannot be returned once booked and accepted (unless required by law).

4.2 Faulty or defective itemsIf any component of your rental or travel package is faulty or defective (not due to misuse), notify Cosy Camp as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and may:

Replace the item (or component) at no additional cost; or

Provide compensation (prorated) or refund for the defective portion, at Cosy Camp’s discretion and consistent with applicable consumer law.

4.3 Date-change option for Rental Packages

Customers may make a one-time date change request (for the same Rental Package) provided the request is at least 7 days before the original start date and subject to availability.

A difference in fees (if the new period is costlier) and any extra delivery/collection costs must be borne by the customer.

Further changes beyond the one-time change will be treated as a cancellation under your cancellation policy (Section 21) and may incur fees or forfeit.

5. Price Guarantee / Price Adjustment

If you purchase an item and within 14 days its price is reduced on Cosy Camp’s official website, you may request a store credit for the difference (see Section 26 of Terms for full details). This is a goodwill gesture; approval and final decision rest with Cosy Camp.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and approving returned items.

It may take an additional 3–5 business days (or more) for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

For store credit, the credit appears immediately (or within 1 business day) in your Cosy Camp account.

7. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit, exclude, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. For example, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, does not match description, or is not fit for purpose.

8. Disputes & Further Assistance

If you disagree with a return decision, contact Cosy Camp ( Support@cosycamp.com.au ). We review requests fairly and in good faith. In accordance with Australian law, you also have rights to lodge a complaint with consumer protection agencies
