Special Note Regarding Shipping

To best serve you, we will contact you after your purchase to discuss arrangements for shipping and delivery, the costs of which will be a separate transaction. We will strive to find the best options for safe delivery of your new furniture or other merchandise.

Our usual delivery service is for curbside delivery only & is not available with all items due to high risk of freight damage with common freight carriers. This includes larger-size items like sofas, chaises, beds, dressers and similar items. For larger more delicate items, we recommend Customer Pick-Up or our White Glove/In-Home Delivery option.

White Glove/In-Home Delivery is available at an additional cost, which will vary depending on factors such as your home’s geographical location, ease of access to your home, stairs/multi-level floors, and so on. Customer satisfaction couldn’t be more important to us, and we realize returns are sometimes necessary. As part of our customer care, we strive to make returns and exchanges the easiest they can be. We also strive to make our policy simple and forthright.

General

Returns are accepted only if the item was damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong merchandise.

Please be aware that colors and patterns may vary from photos on our website in comparison to the actual merchandise due to a variety of factors. This includes variances in the item itself (such as hues or naturally varying patterns in leather and fabrics), and in the case of the hand-crafted or hand-painted nature of most of our items, variances are to be expected and are part of the items’ charm.

Other elements, such as lighting and differences in computer monitor color temperature, may also affect display of merchandise, especially under different conditions. These types of variances from product to product are not considered defects.

Details

We allow two full weeks (14 calendar days) from the date the merchandise is delivered (according to official shipment tracking) to notify us that a return is necessary. We are glad to issue store credit or make an exchange with comparable merchandise.

Any returned item must not have been used, and be free from “wear and tear,” damage or other alteration. All original packaging and tags must be attached/included.

To Request A Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first. We cannot honor returned items of which we were not notified beforehand.

Please take photo(s) of the item(s) to document the damage or defect; we will request that you send us these.

We will discuss with you the best route to return the merchandise and we will provide instructions.

Processing & Expectations

Returns are processed when we receive the returned merchandise in satisfactory condition (per the above). We will issue store credit or ship the item to be exchanged, commonly with 14 calendar days.

We will notify you promptly if the are any issues or concerns with requested returns or exchanges. As always, please let us know if you have any questions.
