The Sampler Set

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Be Layered. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Be Layered offers shipping to all 50 U.S states, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands.

•Processing time usually takes from 24 to 72 hours from time order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to time to pack your order)

•Processing takes place Monday through Saturday 9am till 5pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.

•As soon as your order is processed you will receive your personalized tracking number.

Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2 - 5 business days in transit, pending on the destination. (shipping time subject to change during major U.S holidays)

Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number provided to you - as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS for further assistance and provide your tracking information.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer our international customers worldwide shipping, however all international orders are at the liability of the buyer including customs fees and holds.

We currently do not ship to Spain, Egypt, India, and Russia.

Processing time:

•First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive f or many major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.

•Priority Mail International, deliveries generally take between 6-10 business days to arrive f or many major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays

Due to COVID and international customs delays these international shipping times are estimations and not guaranteed delivery times.

Processing takes place Monday through Saturday 9am till 5pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.

Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information and tracking number is sent to the customer's email. Please allow at least 24 hours before the tracking information is updated on USPS website.

At Belayered Fragrances, we want every customer to love their fragrance experience. Because fragrance is a highly personal product and scent preference varies from person to person, we have created this policy to ensure fairness for all customers while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Returns Due to Scent Preference

We understand that fragrance is subjective, and a scent that one person loves may not be the perfect match for another. However, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, including:

•⁠ ⁠Not liking the fragrance after opening or spraying•⁠ ⁠Changing your mind after purchase•⁠ ⁠Expecting a fragrance to smell identical to another perfume•⁠ ⁠Differences in fragrance performance expectations, such as longevity or projection•⁠ ⁠Not enjoying certain notes after trying the fragrance

For this reason, we highly recommend exploring our Discovery Sets or travel sizes before purchasing a full-size bottle, especially if you are trying a fragrance for the first time.

Unopened & Unused Products

We gladly accept returns on full-size products that meet the following requirements:

•⁠ ⁠The request is submitted within 3 days of delivery•⁠ ⁠The product is completely unopened and unused•⁠ ⁠The bottle, packaging, seals, and original box are in their original condition•⁠ ⁠The item is returned in a resalable condition

Opened, sprayed, tested, or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene standards and product integrity.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

We will gladly review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Discovery Sets & Samples

Discovery Sets and sample purchases are designed to help you explore our collection before committing to a full-size fragrance.

Due to their purpose and nature, Discovery Sets and samples are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Final Note

We truly appreciate your support and want you to find a fragrance you genuinely love. If you are unsure which scent is right for you, our team is always happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences before you purchase.
