Domestic Shipping

Alexandria Fragrances offers shipping to United Kingdom.

•Processing time usually takes from 24 to 72 hours from time order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to time to pack your order)

•Processing takes place Monday through Friday during office hours 9:00 till 17:00. Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays.

•As soon as your order is processed you will recieve your personalized tracking number.

Standard Royal Mail shipping usually takes 2 - 5 business days in transit, pending on the destination. (shipping time subject to change during major holidays) we also offer DPD shipping.

Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number provided to you - as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact Royal Mail or DPD for further assistance and provide your tracking information.

Europe Shipping

We are happy to offer our European customer Europe shipping, however, all European orders are at the liability of the buyer and any fees or charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your countries import/export departments for further information.

Processing time:

•DPD, deliveries generally take between 4-7 days to arrive (pending on destination).

Processing takes place Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays.

Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information and tracking number is sent to the customer's email. Please allow at least 24 hours before the tracking information is updated on Royal Mail website or DPD website for our European customers.

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for domestic orders.

All customers have 24 hours from which they receive their items (confirmed by DPD/RM tracking info) to contact us about any issues with their purchases, after the 24 hour period we reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges. Pictures may be required for some returns and/or exchanges. (Please see terms and conditions for exact definitions)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges If an item you purchased happens to not be within your style or liking, thats why we do offer our customers a sample option (Unless item is not listed under sample pack). Any returns have to be in an unused and in a re-saleable condition.

If you have further questions regards to a refund please contact us via email. You may modify your order by emailing us within 24 hours of time of purchase (if the order has not been already fulfilled) .
