4. International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We do not guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments due to customs and other factors beyond our control.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Alexandria Fragrances is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve such issues.

6. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please verify all shipping details before submitting your order.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit.

8. Carrier Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, shipping carrier issues, customs holds, or government actions.

1. RETURN POLICIES

(a) Order ChangesOrders can only be changed within 24 hours of placing the order and only if the order has not been given to the carrier. After that, the order will be shipped and charges are final.

(b) Defective ProductsClaims for defective items must be made within 24 hours of delivery (as shown by tracking information). Photos or other proof may be required.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of style preference or expectations.

Refunds or exchanges will only be approved if the product is confirmed defective and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Otherwise, all sales are final.

(c) Warranty DisclaimerExcept as stated above, we do not provide warranties of any kind. Your only remedy is to stop using the site.

2. SHIPPING POLICIES (DOMESTIC)

(a) Domestic ShippingWe ship to all U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PT).

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once processed, you will receive a tracking number.

USPS shipping: usually 2–5 business days.

UPS Ground: may take longer to scan, and delays can occur.

(b) Damages or Loss in TransitOnce we hand your package to the carrier, the risk passes to you. We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit. Claims must be made directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

(a) International ShippingWe ship only to countries listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we do not sell there.

First Class Mail International: about 7–21 days.

Priority Mail International: about 6–10 business days.

Processing: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PT (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

You will receive tracking once your order ships (allow 24 hours for USPS tracking to update).

(b) Customs & FeesImport duties, taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s customs policies before ordering. We will not reimburse these charges.
