This excludes designer rings (which are gold, platinum, tantalum, some titanium, and cobalt rings). Those take approx 5-7 business days to make, then ship. We use USPS and FedEx

Can I Exchange or Return My Ring?

Absolutely! You can exchange or return your ring within 30 days of the purchase date. Authorizations are required, start the process below.

Standard Exchanges

Timeframe: One-time e xchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase .

Condition: The ring must be unworn and in original saleable condition.

Process:

•If within the parameters above, start an exchange by clicking HERE .

•Use our packaging or a similar secure option.

Include Packing Slip, Ring and Ring Bag/Box.

•International orders will be sent with shipping invoices.

•Rings with scratching or dings will be rejected, or fees will be assessed.

•Items received without authorization will be returned or subject to fees

•Rings must be received before the exchange is processed

Notifications: You’ll receive email updates and tracking info once processed.

Returns

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: The ring must be unworn and in original saleable condition.

•Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

•Items received without authorization will be returned or subject to fees.

•Return any free with purchase rings or you will be charged for the ring.

Ring Fees:

Applicable Fees for returns/exchanges (Rings over $120 value - Are rings that take 5-7 business days to make or 1-3 business days to make-Check product page):

•Engraved $40 fee (return or exchange)

•$35 restocking fee. (returned rings only-exchange, fee is waived).

•Diamond rings: 15% scrap fee of the purchase price. (return or exchange)

•Custom Quarter-size fees of $30 is not refundable.

•Venture hand forged rings: 25% of purchase price for exchanges and returns, an additional 40.00 if engraved.

Cancellations

•Cancellations are allowed if canceled within 4 hours of placing the order.

Custom Ring Resize/Replacements (After 30 Days)

•Email us for resizing or potential replacement authorization beyond 30 days. Include the Order number and the new size needed.
