For Economy/ FREE SHIPPING from the day you place your order, it takes 4-7 business days (Mon. – Fri.) to arrive at most domestic locations. Remember though holidays or natural disasters could delay your order.

All Domestic Shipping options you should see at checkout, depending on your location -

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days*): Price calculated at checkout, according to your location

Standard Overnight (1 business day * ): Price calculated at checkout, according to your location. Delivery time varies by region but it usually arrives next business day, if ordered by 12 pm when order is placed.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers: Please note that shipping with USPS is currently delayed and shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

**If your wedding is in a week or less, choose OVERNIGHT SHIPPING for your ring!!! We cannot guarantee free shipping will get it there in time. Also please confirm if the ring you are ordering is one of our Made to Order rings or In Stock rings.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping carriers do NOT count Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Holidays as shipping or delivery days. Times listed for delivery varies by address.

*Orders with Overnight shipping that are placed before 12pm MST will go out that same day. Orders with Overnight shipping that are placed after 12pm MST will ship the following day. Please make allowances in calculating when you will receive your package. For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon with Overnight shipping, the order will not be sent until Monday and you will not receive it until Tuesday. If Monday is a holiday, it will go out on Tuesday and you will not receive it until Wednesday.

30 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to Return your ring for a full refund back to your original form of payment (see exceptions below). Please note that you must pay to have it shipped back to us. The ring must be in the original condition. Please reuse the shipping materials that you received! They are meant to be reused. Ship your ring to 5495 Cumberland Hwy Chambersburg Pa. 17202. Please include a note with your order number and about the refund.

Exchange Policy:

You may exchange your ring for another size or style with-in 30 days of receiving your ring. Just click this EXCHANGE link and follow the instruction. If you need a ring sizer you can purchase one HERE.

Exchange tips! (If you need it right away)

Too big :

•If you shake your hand (like you're waving) and the ring flies off your hand, head HERE and get the plastic ring sizer before processing your exchange.

•If it generally fits (and doesn't fall past your knuckle when you shake your hand) but slides off when you wash your hands, go a half size DOWN.

Too small :

•If you can get it over your knuckle but your finger turns red...or blue, go a half size UP.

Too small: If you can't get it over your knuckle at all, head HERE and get the plastic ring sizer to nail that next size.

Exceptions to this Ring Returns & Exchanges Rule:

•Silicone rings are Final Sale and may NOT be returned or exchanged.

•Promotional items (free silicone band with purchase, free ring sizer, etc) may not be returned.

•ALL ring sizers are final sale and are not eligible for return.

**PLEASE NOTE: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.
