Do you want to cancel your purchase? You must do so within fourteen calendar days of the day of delivery of your order. Notify I.Ma.Gi.N Jewels in writing ,by email of your decision to cancel the purchase.

•the item does not correspond to the article pictured on the website

•the item does not fit (wrong size)

•the item received does not correspond to your order

•the item is broken or damaged

RETURN OPTIONS

Return the item within fourteen days once you have notified us of your decision to cancel the purchase. Items can be returned following one of the two below options:

•Send the item to be returned via post services to the following address: I.Ma.Gi.N Jewels, Verlatstraat 23-25, 2000 Antwerpen Belgium. The shipping costs will not be covered by us. An email with the modalities for reimbursement will be sent to you within 30 days upon reception of your return.

•Return and exchange the item in all our I.Ma.Gi.N Jewels boutiques. In case of a reimbursement request, an email with the modalities for reimbursement will be sent to you within 30 days upon reception of your return at our HQ.
