Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard UK shipping with Royal Mail (tracked 48). Estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and busy periods.

We offer UK shipping Royal Mail (tracked 24). Estimated shipping time are typically 1-2 business days after dispatch.

We currently offer free local delivery for TS14 customers, delivered by Sylva and Stone (TS14 ONLY) Please note this service is subject to availability and may temporarily be suspended or amended due to operational circumstances, including vehicle availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we aim to ensure all orders arrive safely, delays can occasionally occur with postal services. We kindly ask customers to allow reasonable time for delivery before contacting us regarding missing parcels.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Contact@sylvaandstoneuk.com - To help us process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that all return requests are submitted via email rather than our social media channels so that we can securely verify your order details and direct messages via social media can sometimes be missed. Please include your order number, full name and item(s) you would like to return and we will then provide you with the returns address via email.

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Sylva & Stone. However if you are not satisfied you may contact us and return your jewellery to us within 14 days of receiving your order, for a refund we are currently not accepting exchanges unless faulty. Items must be in their original, unworn, resalable condition and original packaging. Please note, returns may take up to 10 days to be refunded back to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-returnable items:

Earrings - due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings, unless faulty.

How to return an item:

After contacting us and arranging a return we will provide you with our returns address. Simply re-package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed. Kindly include a note informing us of your order number, full name and email address. Attach the returns address to the parcel and take it to your local post office (we recommend choosing a tracked delivery service) Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Once the item has been returned, fully inspected and accepted, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used (excluding any delivery charges). Please allow up to 14 days for the returns process to be completed. We will contact you via email when the refund has been processed.

We reserve the right to amend or update our Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date the updated policy is published on our website.

Faulty/Damaged items:

At Sylva & Stone we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and we carry out multiple quality checks before sending orders out to customers. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us by email as soon as possible as soon as possible but within 30 days of receiving your order contact@sylvaandstoneuk.com

Information to include in the email:

•Your order number

•Your full name

•Clear photographs of the damaged/faulty item

Failure to report damage within this time frame may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

What is not considered a fault:

•Normal wear and tear. Scratching, fading, discolouration and wear over time from general day-to-day activities, exposure to, chemicals, abrasive/hard surfaces

•Damage caused by accidental pulling, bending or dropping.

•Damage caused by Improper storage (tangled or damaged items)

•Improper use (excessive force when using clasps or fastenings or bending with adjustable items

•A problem already stated - sample pieces during sample sales

Discolouration, scratching or fading due to chemical contact ie, perfumes, salt water, sweat, heat, cleaning products and general wear and tear over time is different to tarnishing and is not a fault, returns will not be accepted and the item(s) will be sent back to you. Please see our ‘Jewellery Care’ instructions on how to keep your jewellery looking its best. If you have concerns or questions regarding your jewellery, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue, we are always happy to help.
