United States Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated after coupons/discounts and applicable taxes have been applied.

Free shipping applies to orders over $100 PRIOR to any discounts or taxes. Items shipped with free shipping will be shipped via USPS Ground, unless otherwise requested by customer or advised by Purely Integrative team.

Shipping Time

•We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days*

•Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday*

*Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.

International Shipping

At this time Purely Integrative does not ship internationally.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNSWe accept most unused, unopened supplement products within 14 days of purchase date.

We do not accept returns for medical grade products, personal care products and the following:

•All Obagi skin care products

•All Colorescience skin care products

•Soaps and other cleaning products

•Clearance items

•Opened or used items

If you’d like to return your product, please review the information below.

•Only products purchased from Purely Integrative will be accepted for a return

•Returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase

•Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, sealed and unused condition

•You will be responsible for the shipping charges

•Obtain all shipping and tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages

•Returns will be processed within 1 week of receipt and credited back the original card used at the time of purchase

•Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement

•Do not mail any package C.O.D. as they will not be accepted

EXCHANGESIf you’d like to exchange a product for another color, style or shade, please review the following:

•The product must be in its original, unopened, sealed and unused condition

•It must be made within thirty days of the original purchase

•You’ll be responsible for shipping charges

•Keep all shipping and tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages

DAMAGED PRODUCTSIf you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@purelykids.com or 380-500-5437 (M-F 9AM-6PM EST). Items will not be replaced after 30 days of purchase.

*Items not eligible for return include: Final sale products, opened products or partial kits. If you wish to return a kit or product they must be returned in its entirety. Product must be unused to be eligible for refund.
