When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be authorized at the time of purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled your credit card will be charged.

Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC will accept a return of any product purchased from us, regardless of reason, unopened or partially used, within 30 days of receipt of product by the original purchaser. We do not have a “no questions asked” policy because the reason for return is important for our understanding and on going research into a particular product’s use… but we will accept the return regardless of the reason.

Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC may accept a return of any unopened and unused product purchased from us after a longer period, meeting the following conditions:

•The product is in its original, undamaged and unmarked packaging; suitable for resale.

•The product does not have any special handling or storage requirements (ie: refrigeration).

•6 or more bottles or packages of the product were not ordered at the same time.

Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase and will be issued once Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC, receives the merchandise. The refund amount will be less the actual shipping and handling cost. Refunds that are accepted will be credited within 1 business day.

Well Being Holistic Pharmacy, LLC, understands that there may be extenuating circumstances that may affect the approval for a return of a product - so please feel free to call the returns department at (443) 677-8310 to make any inquiries.

Damaged Merchandise

Freight damaged merchandise may be returned to us for replacement, but only upon verification of such damage. Prompt replacement of the product to Buyer will happen upon the claim approval from the freight company. Please e-mail mike@wellbeinggps.com with inquiries or claims issues. Claim must be registered within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise.
