Returns from Brat Box
We will only accept returns for damaged goods. We do not accept returns for boxes obtained through our subscription service. Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service.
All returns are subject to exchange for another product of equal or lesser value, or a full refund excluding shipping costs. As the customer it is your responsibility to cover shipping cost, if we made the mistake we'll cover the shipping cost.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
1. Please email us within 3 days upon the delivery date at Brock@bratbox.co with a reasonable explanation as to why you want to return the item.
2. Please send your return back to us within 5 days of receiving.
3. Items must be untampered with, in it's original packaging when it is returned.
