At The Digitize Center, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery methods, and related information.

1. Order Shipping Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom, large-volume, or specialty orders may require additional shipping time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If there are delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Economy Shipping: 5–7 business days

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping: 1-3 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Any applicable taxes or additional fees will be displayed before final purchase confirmation.

4. Digital Deliverables

For digital products or digitized files:

Files are delivered electronically via Cloud sent via your email address.

If your order includes both physical and digital items, digital files may be delivered separately.

We ship to all 50 states.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for:

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (when applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Digitize Center is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@thedigitizecenter.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Carrier disruptions

Weather events

Natural disasters

Customs processing

Contact - The Digitize Center - Checkout

The Digitize Center accepts returns within thirty (30) days of the date the order was placed. Though we are not obligated to do so, we sometimes take returns past the thirty (30) day window at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a return even though the thirty (30) days has run, please contact us to let us know.

Occasionally, Materials may arrive at our facility in an unplayable or defective condition. If that happens, we will provide a review of the Materials, a re-transfer of the Materials, or return the Materials to you (as conditions allow). We do not charge any additional fees for review, return shipment, or re-transfers.

If all Materials are not transferrable due to age, fragility, format, damage, or any other condition we are not responsible for, a refund of the transfer price will be provided to you, and, if possible, your original Materials will be returned. In that case, though, TDC does not cover the cost of shipping a return order back to you or our facilities.

Cancellation Policy

The Digitize Center accepts cancellations within certain time constraints.

1) If an order is cancelled before it has shipped, a full refund will be issued for the order including shipping.

2) If an order is cancelled after it has shipped and before The Digitize Center has received your materials. A full refund less the shipping costs will be issued. The Digitize Center may require a return of the Digitize Kit or subsequent items.

3) An order cannot be cancelled after The Digitize Center has received your materials or after 30 days from the date of purchase.

4) The "Photo Digitize Kit" and "Slide Digitize Kit" base price and shipping costs are both non-refundable after they have shipped.

5) An order cannot be recalled or cancelled for any reason after it has entered processing.
