Gym equipment is heavy, awkward freight. How yours arrives depends on what you bought and where you are.

Lead times

Lead times are set by the manufacturer. On average most products ship within 1 to 3 weeks, including production time. Some items are ready within a week. Made-to-order and custom-configured equipment can run up to 15 weeks. If a lead time matters to your opening date, ask us before you order and we will confirm the current build schedule with the factory.

Curbside shipping, nationwide

Most cardio machines, strength units and accessories ship curbside anywhere in the continental United States.

Curbside means the carrier brings the shipment to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point. It does not include carrying the equipment inside, unpacking it, or assembly.

Shipping methods

Small package. Items under 150 lbs ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves.

Freight (LTL). Larger units and palletized orders move through established freight carriers including ABF Freight, Diamond Lines, Southeastern Freight and other LTL partners. Standard freight service is curbside unless you select an upgraded service at checkout. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, and someone needs to be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Delivery and setup

In our regional service area we do not just drop equipment at the curb. We bring it in, put it where you want it, and build it:

•In-home or in-facility delivery

•Room-of-choice placement

•Professional assembly and full setup

•Packaging removed and hauled away

Regional service area: Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana. Additional travel and setup fees may apply depending on distance.

Free delivery and setup

Delivery and setup are free when both of these are true:

•Order subtotal over $2,500

•Delivery address within 60 miles of Idaho Falls

Excluded from the promotion: cable machines (including functional trainers and single- and multi-stack units) and flooring. These are quoted separately because assembly and installation typically take four to six hours on their own.

Fitness Supply may modify or discontinue this promotion at any time.

Brand shipping restrictions

Some manufacturers limit where their dealers are allowed to sell and ship. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we list, and that authorization comes with territory rules we have to honor. The following brands may not be eligible for nationwide shipping:

•Matrix Fitness

•Bowflex

•Force USA

•True Fitness

•Octane Fitness

•Additional models as designated by manufacturer policy

If an item is restricted for your address, checkout may be blocked or our team will reach out to talk through alternatives.

Damaged shipments

Inspect your shipment before you sign for it. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us the same day. We file the carrier claim on your behalf. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged shipment makes claims much harder.

Gym equipment is a considered purchase, so our return terms are written plainly. If something is not right, call us before you do anything else - most problems are faster to solve than to return.

You have 30 days from delivery or pickup to start a return.

What we can accept

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

•In the same condition it was sold in

•Unused beyond reasonable evaluation

•Returned with all original packaging, parts, accessories and documentation

We cannot accept items that are damaged or modified, missing their original packaging, or used beyond normal inspection. Individual manufacturers may impose additional restrictions on their own products.

What is not refundable

Equipment is refundable. The work of getting it to you and setting it up is not. The following are non-refundable in all cases:

•Delivery and freight charges, both the original shipment and the return

•Assembly, installation and setup

•Equipment removal or relocation

•Any additional labor or customization

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility - freight returns, small parcel shipping, and pickup or retrieval fees where a pickup is required.

Two things worth knowing before you order:

•Free or promotional shipping on the original order does not include free return shipping

•If a pickup is required, we quote the retrieval fee up front and it must be paid before we schedule transport

Restocking fees

Orders totaling more than $6,000 are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.

This fee is waived when the return is part of an exchange for a product or service of equal or greater value. If you bought the wrong machine, talk to us about exchanging it rather than returning it - in most cases it costs you nothing.

Special orders and final sale

Custom and special-order items may be final sale once production or shipment has begun. Custom upholstery, custom frame colors and made-to-order configurations generally fall into this category. We tell you at the time of quoting whether an item is final sale, so it is never a surprise afterwards.

How to start a return

Email Sales@fitnesssupply.com or call (208) 227-8466 with your order details.

Once we have them, we will:

•Confirm the item is eligible

•Quote return shipping or pickup

•Schedule the pickup or send you return instructions

All applicable fees must be paid before return transport is arranged.

Refund timeline

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we refund to the original payment method. Processing takes 5 to 10 business days and you will get a confirmation email when it is complete.

Damaged on arrival

Freight damage is a different process from a return, and it is time-sensitive. Inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us the same day. We will handle the carrier claim for you.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and varies by brand, and by whether the equipment is in residential or commercial use. Warranty service is separate from returns - contact us and we will open the claim and coordinate parts and labor on your behalf.
