Physical Product Return Policy

Because these products involve large-format equipment, freight shipping, and installation-sensitive components, all returns are handled through an approval process to ensure proper handling and product eligibility.

30-Day Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for return:

Products must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned

Return requests must be approved prior to shipment

Installed, modified, damaged, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return.
