Avocado's cancellation and return terms depend on where your order is in the fulfillment process and on the product you purchased.

Cancellations. Orders can generally be canceled at no charge any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled as a return under the terms below. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipment has commenced.

Returns. Trial lengths, minimum trial periods, and any applicable return fees vary by product category — mattresses, foundations, toppers, furniture, bedding, and partner brands each have their own terms. Some items, including adjustable bases and floor models, are final sale.
