•All original boxes, packaging materials, accessories, and documentation are included.

•The product is in its original condition and shows no signs of misuse or damage.

Returns missing components or packaging will be denied.

After 30 Days: Manufacturer Warranty

Once the 30-day return window has passed, all support, repairs, and warranty claims must be handled directly through the product manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand, and ShopPOSPortal is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or timelines.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used:

•Labels (thermal, adhesive, barcode, etc.)

•Any other consumable supplies

Consumables must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
