Disputes

Any delivery disputes including lost, damaged, or missing items must be raised with the company within 7 days of the date of despatch, in order for us to raise it with our supply and delivery partners. Please contract support@kestronics.co.uk or your main contact directly.

Returns & Refunds FAQS

How long do I have to return the product for a refund?

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order. We'll organise your return within 48 hours.

What if the product is faulty (dead on arrival / DOA)?

In the very unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, you must contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a collection and send a replacement.

What if I ordered the wrong product or changed my mind?

If you have ordered the incorrect item, or changed your mind, if the product is in same condition you received it and in a resaleable condition with its original packaging, we'll accept the return and refund (minus any shipping charges). It's very important the products are in a resaleable condition, open boxes are of course of okay, however torn/damaged packaging will result in a rejected return request or an offer of a restocking fee / partial refund.

•All returns must be requested by the customer and obtain a return material authorisation (RMA) number from the company. The RMA number and paperwork must be clearly visible on returned packages.

•Faulty goods returned within 14 days will be refunded in full, including any delivery charges.

•Any non-faulty returns must be within 30 days of receipt and in a resaleable condition including original and undamaged/ripped/torn packaging. Any goods not in a resaleable condition will not be entitled to a full refund, depending on the condition a partial refund may apply at the company's discretion. The cost of retuning non-faulty goods will be borne by the customer.

•Any goods returned after 30 days will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.

•All goods will be inspected by Kestronics upon return to either check resaleable condition or check reported faults. Any refunds due will not be processed until check is complete and approved.

•Whether goods are considered resaleable is at the discretion of the Company.
