Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. DamagesFourth Emerald Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at store@fourthemeraldgames.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at store@fourthemeraldgames.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We do not provide refunds due to the nature of our products. However, we are able to provide store credit or an exchange if the item is faulty, defective, or not working properly. Our exchange policy will attempt to exchange the item with a similar item of better quality (e.g. you are exchanging a broken Wii remote that you purchased from us, we will provide a replacement Wii remote at no charge)
