How long does it take to ship a product?Shipping takes between 1-3 weeks on average, which is longer than we’ve experienced in the past. Most of this is due to transportation and supply chain challenges.

When will I see the refund in my account?Your refund will be processed upon receiving your return. You may not see your refund for a few more days after that as it can take banking institutions 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account.
