Duties & Taxes on International Orders

We’ve made international shopping easier! If you’re ordering from outside Canada, any tariffs, duties, and taxes will now be calculated and shown right at checkout—no surprises later. These charges are set by your country’s government and help your package clear customs without delays. While we don’t control these fees, we want to make sure your order arrives smoothly and hassle-free, with no extra fees at delivery.

You might notice your order shipping from North Dakota—this is just part of our shipping process through our broker. Since your order originated from Canada, duties and taxes still apply.

US Customers: Important Note on Canadian-Made Goods

Please remember that all our Canadian-made goods are exempt from tariffs under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). CUSMA is a free trade agreement that allows goods made in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico to move across borders without tariffs, as long as they meet specific requirements, which Crown Cap does! This means there will be no importing fees on any Canadian made styles.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Web Order Returns

Our goal is that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, we will accept your return within 30 days from the date of delivery for a complete refund of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Crown Cap is not responsible for any item that we do not receive or that is not returned for refund in accordance with the terms of our return policy.

In addition, Crown Cap may, in its sole discretion, deduct a sum equal to 15% of the original purchase price as a re-stocking fee for custom manufactured products.

Only returns of Crown Cap merchandise purchased directly online from our Crown Cap website will be accepted.

•When assigning a return authorization number, we will also advise you which return address should be used (addresses are below).*

•The return must be received by Crown Cap within 30 days of delivery to you.

•Return items to us in unused condition using the original shipping carton. Enclose the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.

•Please be sure to ship the item to us prepaid and insured to:

Please note, we highly recommend shipping your package to Crown Cap by a traceable method with a courier service and retain your receipt. Crown Cap cannot be responsible for any returns not received.

After we receive your returned product, we will process your credit against the same credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 days after our receipt for processing your credit. We will send you an email to the address you provided to us confirming the credit once we have completed our processing. Please note, we will only refund your shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Import fees are not eligible for refunds.
