Shipping Address

We accept returns for products within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However if you've received the wrong or defective product you have 30 days from the delivery date, which you are eligible for an exchange only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for, such as using our LED Car Bulbs in applications other than the replacement of standard car bulbs in standard vehicles. Please email to notify us prior to returning items for warranty repair or exchange. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
