Shipping When will my order arrive? Our items are flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed after being parbaked. Each Wildgrain Box is filled with a specific amount of dry ice that's calculated based on your location. You'll receive a tracking number when your box ships, 1 - 3 days later, you'll have it at your door. Ideally, you should pick up your box on its delivery date and refrigerate or freeze as soon as possible. Do I need to be home to receive it? No, you do not need to be home to sign for your package. It will be packed to stay nice and cold for many hours after it arrives. That said, you should plan to unpack it and put it away in your freezer or fridge as soon as possible. After the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, what happens to it after is your responsibility. Will I be able to track my delivery? Refund policy Our Return Policy: We guarantee delivery to the shipping address provided when the order is first placed and when retrieved on the delivery date. Since we ship perishable products that can't be restocked or resold, we're unable to accept returns.
