Free shipping is available on all domestic orders of $65 or more. Orders under $65 ship for $6.95. Small lightweight items may qualify for untracked basic shipping at $1.95.
Shipping protection is available at checkout through Navidium. We recommend adding it to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information where applicable.

Returns from Keep Nature Wild
🌲 We know the holidays get wild 🌲If a gift isn’t the right fit, seasonal orders are eligible through January 1, 2026.
1. Contact Us: First step is to send us a message - make sure you contact us within 14 days of receiving your gear. Then, reach out to our rad customer service team. They’ll send you a Return Authorization Form.
2. Send It Back: Once you have the Return Authorization Form, ship us the package. If possible, reuse the mailer it came in! (Mother Nature will be happy!) Please note: you'll need to cover the shipping cost to send the gear back to us.
3. Inspection & Credit: Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process. Once we get your item and the Return Authorization Form, we’ll inspect it. If everything checks out, we’ll give you full credit to re-order any item you like.
4. The Deets:-Items must be unused and in resalable condition.-We’ll notify you about the status of your refund after our team inspects the gear.Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. You’ll see the credit according to your card issuer's policies.-Note: Shipping charges won't be included in your refund.
