We stand behind every item we sell. If something isn't quite right, you have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange through our Happy Returns portal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are processed through our Happy Returns portal, making the process quick and easy.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply select Exchange when starting your return.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable .

If you choose an exchange through our Happy Returns portal, any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the exchange process.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is the result of our error or a defective or damaged product, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label or otherwise cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

•Gift cards

•Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days . Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds include the purchase price of the returned merchandise only. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable , and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item.
