All returns and exchanges require an email or printed receipt.

Items returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, an exchange, or store credit.

Returns received between 15 and 30 days after purchase are eligible for store credit only.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

The following categories are final sale: Imperfects, Intimates, Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery, Headwear, Bodysuits, Vintage, and Sale items.

If more than 50% of the items from a purchase totaling $500 or more are returned, the transaction may be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover handling and repackaging costs.

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on swim, bras, panties, briefs, scrunchies, headbands, hosieries, beanies, and most bodysuits. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. To start your authorized return, please visit our Return Portal with your order # and the zip code associated with the order.

Los Angeles Apparel is not responsible for lost, misrouted, or damaged returns.

If your item is returned to us with dirt, debris (i.e. deodorant, excessive pet hair, etc.), or strong odor (i.e. fragrance, smoke) that we can not easily clean off, your item will be returned to you at your cost and considered final sale and non-returnable.
