We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping information that results in a failed or delayed delivery, certain shipping carriers may allow a redelivery request. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery or shipping fees incurred.

If the customer cannot be contacted for an extended period of time and the shipment exceeds the carrier’s holding period, resulting in the package being abandoned or destroyed, the customer shall bear full responsibility for the loss. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such circumstances.

Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
