2. Delivery Areas

We deliver across most European countries. Full indoor delivery (including carrying the furniture inside your home) is available in the following countries:

Luksemburg

For all other destinations, delivery is made to ground level (curbside delivery only). If you require assistance beyond ground level in other countries, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

3. Delivery Time

Since all our furniture is made to order, the standard production and delivery time is between 40–55 business days from the date of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the logistics partner handling your shipment.

4. Packaging and Handling

All items are securely packed to protect them during transit. We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives damage-free. In case of visible damage upon delivery, please notify the driver immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

5. Tracking & Notifications

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. Our logistics partners may also contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

6. Important Notes

Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible for large delivery vehicles.

Any additional services such as assembling or packaging removal are not included by default unless agreed in advance.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence, additional charges may apply.

At Pastform Furniture, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order furniture. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the courier), receives the goods.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

•In the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

•Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The right of return does not apply to:

•Products made to the customer's individual specifications or custom orders

•Items that have been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics

•Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids

•Sale items or gift cards

•Deliveries made outside the EU (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days using the same payment method as the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed, with no extra charges to you). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.
