Golf Balls:Due to high demand, shipping for our most requested golf balls may take up to two weeks.Shipping of customized golf balls may take up to 4 weeks.

Golf Clubs:We ship your order with FedEx. Timelines depend on in-stock components.

Delivery times may be affected by high order volume or unforeseen global events.

If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like apparel or gloves, you may ship the item back to us free of charge in new and unused condition with 30 days of purchasing or 14 days of delivery and we will replace it with the correct size if available. Personalised orders are exempt from this and cannot be returned or exchanged

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

Golf balls, bags, gloves, and other accessories must be returned in unused condition unless defective.

Apparel must be returned in unworn condition with all tags attached. Due to their custom nature,

personalized / customized golf balls may not be returned.

Test your Vice Golf club where it matters most: on the course. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund — even after playing it.

•Return within 30 days of receiving your club

•Test and play the club on the course

•Receive a full refund if it’s not the right fit

•Include the original PO, packing list, and order number

30-Day Complete Set Return Policy

•Return period: within 30 days of receiving your complete set

•Complete sets must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please resend in original cardboard packaging

•Testing or playing the clubs is not covered under this return policy

•Please include your order number and any required return documents

•Returns may be refused if the set shows signs of use, damage, or missing components

•Return shipping is covered by Vice Golf

PRODUCT DEFECTS / MISREPRESENTATION

If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, please contact a Customer Care Agent at support@vicegolf.com.

INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED

If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will send you a return label to send back the incorrect order

and send back out the correct item, completely at our expense.

EXCHANGE

If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like apparel or gloves, you may ship the item

back to us free of charge in new and unused condition and we will replace it with the correct size if

available.

PROMOTIONS

Please note if you return only part of an order than is linked to one of our promotions there might be

a difference in the refund amount. e.g. if you order with our 5+1 promotion and then you send back

less balls than 6 dozen you will be charged for the free dozen, the same may apply for other

promotions, like the 5-dozen price vs the 1- or 3-dozen price.
