Shipping Addresses

We ship across the Continental United States (CONUS). We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska. For customers who wish to arrange international shipping through a third-party freight forwarder, please note that Velotric does not endorse or recommend any specific shipping provider, and third-party shipping documentation is not supported by our team.

Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at help@velotricbike.com as soon as possible.

A tracking confirmation email will be sent for shipment status checking, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and delivered at different times. Please check your tracking information for individual shipment updates.

If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact us at help@velotricbike.com . Please note that tracking information expires after 3 months. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be processable and could affect your eligibility for a return or refund.

Shipping Methods

Velotric offers standard shipping only, with or without signature required. Expedited and air shipping are not available. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping carriers follow the default logistics arrangement and may not be changed upon request.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on all bikes across the Continental United States (CONUS). For accessories and other items, orders over $99 ship free. Orders $99 and under incur a flat $10 shipping fee, which is non-refundable once the item has shipped.

Signature Required Shipping

Due to the high value of ebikes, we offer a Signature Required shipping option at an additional $10 per bike. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended. Shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.

The signature service does not cover non-bike items.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage

In the rare event your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please contact us at help@velotricbike.com as soon as possible and we will assist you. Please note that Velotric is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to carrier actions or inactions.

Please note that damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily indicate damage to the item inside. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise you to claim with the carrier as soon as you find any damage to the outer package. If the item itself is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at help@velotricbike.com for assistance.

Restocking Fees

Returned items incur a restocking fee to help cover the carrier, warehouse labor, and handling costs involved in processing and inspecting each return. The following rates apply to returns processed under our Return Policy:

•New and unused ebike returns within 14 days: $200 per bike

•Used ebike returns within 14 days: 22% of the bike item price

•Accessory returns within 14 days: $20 per item

•Refused deliveries: $200 per bike flat fee

Order Cancellation

To cancel a placed order, please contact us at help@velotricbike.com before the order ships out . There is no guarantee that submitting the cancellation request will be successful by submitting before order ship out.

We will not be able to cancel order after order shipped out. Please wait for the order to deliver and contact us for a return label within 14 days of delivery. Rejecting an shipped out order or failing to follow the return procedure might cause item loss in transit or reject by warehouse due to no return registration which might lead to ineligibility of refund or replacement.

After we have received your return package and confirmed that the package is complete and the product is unused and in good condition . Please note there will be a restocking fee of $200 (per bike unit) deducted from the final refund.

Return

Customers are allowed to request a return within 14 days of delivery. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged out of the box, you must contact Velopower, Inc. (aka Velotric) within 14 days of your receipt of the ebike.

Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item issues. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Restocking fee will still be charged based on the item conditions.

The ebike must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, pedals, bell, front & rear reflectors, headlight, toolkits (9 tools in total), user manual, quick start guide etc.).

Customers must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Velopower , Inc. Warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return . Returns are not allowed 14 days after the delivery date. Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether return one ebike or multiple ebikes.

Refunds will be made after the Ebike is received and inspected.

Process. To initiate a return, email us at help@velotricbike.com with [RETURN REQUEST] and your order number in the title for faster processing . Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process.

•Pre-Orders and Backorders and Pre-Order/Backorder Cancellations. Our backorder process is for ebikes that have already been available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

•Accessory and Replacement Parts. Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Returned accessories and/or replacement parts must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which the customer received it. Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways.

•Non-returnable/non-refundable Items. Used Products, batteries, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty. These cases must receive approval for return from the company. “Built and Delivered” fees are nonrefundable.

Non-returnable Items Include, But are not limited to

•Product from Unauthorized Reseller/Individual;

•Damages caused by human factors;

•Gift cards;

•Flash sales are exempted from our price matching policy.

Refund Policy

•Quality issues: Full or partial refund according to the situation.

•Received wrong goods: Free exchange or full refund.

•The package cannot be delivered or missing: Free resend or full refund.

•Customers refuse to accept the package: $200 restocking fee per item will be charged. The customer needs to pay an extra $200 to initiate a resend.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 5-7 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the request and inspect the merchandise.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product(s). If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund as well.

Flash sales are exempted from our price matching policy.
