Returns You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return on store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items purchased during a flash sale or using discount codes are non returnable and non refundable. (Example: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Years Discount, etc.) Sequin and metallic items bought during Holiday Season are non returnable. All returns are processed for store credit. We do not offer original payment refund. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery for a in-store credit. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 1. Start your return by sending us your name, invoice number and item number and size you want to return. 2. Indicate the reason for your return. 3. Once the package is received and verified for condition online store credit will be processed immediately. Please allow 1-2 days for it to be available online. Store credit can only be used online or in our store in San Juan. How do I process an international return? Please follow the same instructions for regular returns. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your store credit as soon as item is received and inspected. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges and return shipping is covered by the customer. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit gift card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Policy Ah là laà! Lifestyle Boutique currently ships via USPS (United States Postal Services) All orders are processed; Monday - Friday excluding holidays, please allow 1-3 business day for processing time. We will include the tracking number once the order is completed and ready to be ship. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.
