Free Shipping on U.S. Orders Ground Orders

Lifeline Fitness offers free shipping on all orders with UPS Ground (some exclusions apply; see below). This offer is available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. No coupon code needed.

Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:

•Alaska, Hawaii, and off shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico

•APO/FPO and PO Box addresses

•International orders

•Wholesale orders

•Any order containing dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates & barbells, racks, benches or strength kits

Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

Domestic Orders (Contiguous US):

Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. Online orders will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm (Central Time) will not be processed until the following business day.

Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all U.S. Holidays observed by USPS and UPS, please feel free to visit their website. Weather conditions may effect transit times as well.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

For all parcel-size orders shipping within the contingent United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), Lifeline Fitness uses UPS for ground and expedited shipments. For oversize and heavy weight items Lifeline Fitness uses a variety of freight carriers. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight and size of the package.

International Orders:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process international shipments.

Lifeline Fitness warrants that the products sold to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to be in perfect working order at the time of purchase. If the product should, for any reason, become defective within 60 days of purchase, Lifeline will replace the product once it is returned to Lifeline. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse of the product. There are no other warranties other than those expressly set forth within. Product shipping to Lifeline must be in the original shipping carton with freight prepaid.

If you are not completely satisfied wither order, you may return the unused items within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges and any applicable restocking fees). Please call 888-467-4485 for a return authorization number. A copy of the packing slip or original receipt must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to no accept returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number or are not accompanied by packing slip or original receipt.
