Shipping Hanks Belts Ships most orders placed Monday - Friday by 1 PM EST the same day. Please allow additional shipping times during special events. Orders placed after 1 PM EST ship the next day Mon- Thurs. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Friday through Monday 1 PM EST ship by the following Tuesday. We offer Free Shipping on all US orders using the Free Shipping option. Free shipping is via USPS or UPS so your address should be deliverable by both carriers. We offer dedicated UPS shipping as an option at an additional cost and you can select this at checkout. Currently, Hanks Belts does not ship outside of the US. Order importing is automated for the fastest shipping possible and as a result, orders are imported and in pick status within minutes of being placed and cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Refund policy Hanks Belts offers free exchanges on purchases within 90 days of purchase for US Orders only. Hanks Belts offers returns for refunds within 90 days of purchase. If returning for a refund there is a low $5.99 handling charge deducted from the refund. You can process your return or exchange and print a pre-paid return label online at https://returns.hanksbelts.com.* All returned items must be in new unworn condition so please check sizing before wearing your belt by holding around your waist and overlapping before fastening. As of 6-6-2024 Hanks Belts no longer ships outside of the US. Returns on International orders are not free. Original shipping refunds are not refundable on International orders. Duties and taxes on International orders cannot be refunded by Hanks Belts.
