All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Northern NSW, just outside of Byron Bay.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During peak periods, including sale events and product launches, slight dispatch delays may occur.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express Shipping

Selecting Express Shipping at checkout refers to the courier delivery speed only and does not reduce our warehouse handling or processing time.

Once dispatched, Express Shipping helps your parcel arrive faster than Standard Shipping. Please note that delivery timeframes are managed by the courier and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Need your order sooner?

We also offer 24-Hour Priority Dispatch with Standard Shipping at checkout, allowing your order to be packed and sent ahead of our standard dispatch queue.

Priority Dispatch applies to weekdays only and excludes public holidays.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order information on out-of-stock items, including estimated arrival dates, please refer to the individual product page.

Pre-ordering allows you to secure your item before the next shipment arrives, particularly for our most-loved linen styles that often sell out quickly.

Please note:

•All pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase

•Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside of our control, including customs processing, peak holiday periods, courier delays, or remote delivery locations.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Sable Bebe is not responsible for parcels lost in transit once they have been handed to the courier. Missing parcel enquiries must be lodged directly with the selected courier.

If your parcel is being delivered via Australia Post, you can submit a missing parcel enquiry directly through Australia Post here .

If an incorrect shipping address has been entered, your parcel will be returned to us before it can be resent. Please note that re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties, Taxes & GST

Australian orders include the standard 10% GST.

International orders are GST-free; however, your local customs office may apply duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country or region.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not prepaid by Sable Bebe.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

If you need to return an item, please review the appropriate return process below and submit your request through our Returns Portal. Requests that do not meet the policy conditions outlined below may not be eligible for return.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes plans change.

If you would like to return an item due to a change of mind, we offer store credits or exchanges within 21 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

•Unused and in original condition

•Returned in original packaging

•Free from marks, damage, washing, or wear

•Not marked as final sale or clearance

Please note:

•Change of mind returns are eligible for exchange only

•We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

•Original shipping costs are non-refundable

•Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned

All exchanges are processed in AUD. Sable Bebe is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and the processing of your return.

Faulty Items

We take great care in ensuring every order meets our quality standards.

If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please submit your return request via our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue for assessment.

If a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will happily offer:

•A replacement item

•Partial refund for repair costs

•A full refund, where applicable

If an item develops a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receiving your order, we will gladly arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Please note that damage caused by incorrect care, misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear is not considered faulty.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please submit your request through our Returns Portal as soon as possible.

When lodging your request:

•Select the reason: Received Incorrect Item

•Choose either resolution option (store credit or refund) so the request can be reviewed through the system

Once reviewed, our team will arrange for the correct item(s) to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Return Processing Timeframes

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible.

Please allow:

•Up to 48 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved

•Up to 48 hours for your return to be finalised once received at our warehouse

During peak periods, slight delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience.

Return shipping costs for change of mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items

If your item is confirmed as faulty, Sable Bebe will cover:

•Return shipping of the faulty item

•Shipping of the replacement item or refund where applicable

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item or part of your order is missing, Sable Bebe will cover:

•Return shipping of the incorrect item (if required)

•Shipping of the correct replacement item(s)
