Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS and UPS.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Medusa Gothic ships to addresses within the continental U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow some time for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Medusa Gothic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Medusa Gothic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada.

In-Store Pickup/On Hold Orders

When you choose In-Store Pickup without prepayment, those items must be picked up within 7 days.

When you choose In-Store Pickup and also prepay for the item , those items must be picked up within 1 month. After one month without pickup or contacting us, we will consider the items to be abandoned property. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact us. We want to help.

Excessive abuse of in-store pickup without prepayment will result in your account being blocked. What defines 'excessive abuse' will be up to our discretion, but if it feels like abuse, it probably is.

We reserve the right to make any changes or adjustments to this service, policy, and details there-in. If we decide to remove or change the service to a great degree, you will have 30 days after announcement to adjust any of your hold orders.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return you can access your account to initiate the return process, or you can contact us at contact@medusagothic.com .

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@medusagothic.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@medusagothic.com .
