We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is defective or if you were shipped incorrect product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (if it’s an incorrect item) in its original packaging . You’ll also need the receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase.To start a return, please contact us at info@videomatica.com immediately. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at info@videomatica.com .

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If product was damaged in transit, please provide us with photos of the visual damage that clearly identifies the product. This may hasten replacement, as we may choose to not have you return the product.

ExchangesIf you decide before using the product that you’d rather exchange it for something else, please contact us at info@videomatica.com and we’ll let you know what to do. In such cases, you will have to pay for the return shipping and the shipping on the replacement item(s).

Cancellations In the event of a Cancellation before fulfillment we will retain 3% of the purchase total to cover payment processing fees. For International Out of Canada refunds we will retain $5 or 5.5% (whichever is greater) for currency conversion and payment processing fees.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any returns, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
