Taxes & Duties

For UK orders, all applicable taxes are included in the product price.

For international orders, taxes and import duties are not collected at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the last item in your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

•Logging in to your account at https://account.organicbargains.co.uk and submitting a return or cancellation request through your order history

•If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation

We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal request without delay.

Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days . Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier). Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost. If you selected a premium or express delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

•Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery (this may apply to certain supplements and personal care products — please contact us if you are unsure before opening)

•Perishable goods

•Custom or personalised items

General Returns (All Customers)

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in at https://account.organicbargains.co.uk or use the link in your order confirmation. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
