For international orders, please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. www.samantchauhanpret.com is not liable for any customs charges incurred. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from www.samantchauhan.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

Order Processing Time

We generally require 1–2 working weeks to process orders. If we have the item in your size readily available, we are happy to dispatch it on the next working day upon request.

Some of our products are made to order and crafted based on your specific measurements, which may take additional time.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive regular updates on the delivery status via email. We are committed to keeping you informed at every step of the process.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If your cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card) within 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is customized and made to order, we do not accept returns. Items purchased during sale or special promotions are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

However, we do offer the option of alterations and exchanges in the following scenarios:

🔸 Manufacturing Defect

At Samant Chauhan Pret, we uphold strict quality standards. If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault that we are responsible for, we will replace it within 2 weeks.

Note: Slight color variations are a natural outcome of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

🔸 Alterations

If you ordered a custom-sized garment and it does not fit as expected, we’re happy to offer alteration services. Please email us at pret@samantchauhan.com with your concern. Alterations are chargeable, and shipping timelines will vary based on your location and the nature of the request.

🔸 Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of receipt at pret@samantchauhan.com. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

To initiate an exchange:

•Please email us at pret@samantchauhan.com

•Ensure the item is unused, with original tags and packaging, and securely packed for return

•Use a registered courier service, and retain the tracking details until we confirm receipt

Please note: Items sent back without prior communication and confirmation will not be accepted.

All courier costs for alterations or exchanges will be borne by the customer. Samant Chauhan Pret will cover shipping only after the product has been repaired or replaced (if applicable).
