ReturnsMacade Golf offers free worldwide returns. We have extended our return policy for the holiday season, offering more flexible returns for all orders placed between November 15 - December 20. Orders placed between these dates can be returned free of charge until January 31 2023.The package may be opened upon receipt but all items must be returned unused (in the same condition as when received) and tags attached. All original packaging must also be returned unused. Please follow these steps to return your item:1. Register your return here 2. Place the items in the original packaging. If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.3. When the return label has been downloaded and printed, attach the return label on top of the original shipping label. (US and Canadian customers - don’t forget to print the commercial invoice attached in the return email as well)4. Identify what shipping carrier is stated on the shipping label (Fedex Express or DHL Express) and hand the return package in at your nearest service point of that shipping company or head to their webpage to book a pickup. We process returns within 7 working days of receiving them unless we need more information from you. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sale and new releases).

RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
