Orders are shipped from our U.S. domestic warehouse and are available across the mainland United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas regions.

Processing Time

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Size & Half-Size Fulfillment Notice

Please note that slippers are produced in full sizes only. Half sizes are not available for this product.

For half-size orders, we will fulfill the order with the nearest full size. In most cases, half sizes will be rounded up for a more comfortable fit.

For example, EUR 44.5 / US 10.5 / UK 9.5 will be shipped as EUR 45.

This adjustment is made because slippers generally fit better when slightly larger rather than smaller. A slightly larger size is usually more comfortable for slippers and helps avoid tightness or discomfort.

If you are between sizes, prefer a tighter fit, have narrow feet, or are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully check your name, phone number, street address, apartment number, city, state, zip code, and country before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery failure, lost packages, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has already been processed or shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage caused after delivery, missing tags, missing packaging, or any condition that prevents resale may not be accepted for return.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including how and where to send your package.

Because this size notice is provided before purchase, returns or refunds caused only by half-size adjustment, personal size preference, or selecting the wrong size may not be accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or a different size was shipped outside our stated sizing policy.

Customers are encouraged to review the size notice before placing an order or contact us if they are unsure about sizing.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If there is a quality issue, shipping damage, or an incorrect item was sent, we will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any issue when contacting us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging and tags.

We also do not accept returns for sale items, clearance items, gift cards, or items returned without prior approval.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for size preference issues.

If your return is accepted, the fastest way to get a different item or size is to place a separate order after the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
