All U.S. based orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage, typically delivering anywhere in the continental US within 4-6 business days after shipping label is created. Deliveries are subject to delays caused by high holiday processing volume at USPS facilities, USPS labor shortages/strikes and inclement weather affecting transport. Studio KSL accepts no fault for shipping delays.

As clearly stated in the Subscriptions Terms & Details, "ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS HAVE A 2 ORDER/SHIPMENT MINIMUM before a subscription cancellation can be initiated. Your initial order Black Friday discount is 35%, and then converts to 15% thereafter. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Details above."

Subscriptions can not be refunded or returned. You can initiate a cancellation after you receive your second shipment.

Studio KSL has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, we do not refund any shipping costs from your order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/liners, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at

members@studioksl.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once accepted, we will issue a refund, store credit or one-time exchange.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened/used nutrition products, sale items, gift cards or free/promotional items.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
