Shipping & Billing Information

You will need to provide your bill to and ship to addresses (please note: the bill to address must match exactly the address on your credit card statement). Then proceed to choose a shipping method and method of payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax

A Mother’s Haven is required to collect sales use tax on products in the state of California.

We make every effort to keep the web inventory updated daily, but we can’t always guarantee an item’s availability. If an item is out of stock, we will call or email you and let you know. Out of stock items can often be ordered for you, and we will let you know how soon we can get them in.

Ground Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

We offer $7 Flat Rate Standard Ground (via UPS Ground or USPS) shipping on all domestic orders. A Mother’s Haven reserves the right to ship items separately due to size and weight of the package (therefore, items ordered together may be received separately)

Second Day or Overnight Shipping

Product Exchanges

We will gladly exchange an item as long as it has not been used, worn, washed, or altered, and has the original tags attached and in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. If you need a different size or color of the item you purchased, please call or email us with your request along with your original order number. When we receive your request, we will charge your card for the new item as soon as it ships out and we will issue a refund for the item you are returning as soon as we receive it. Please remember, since we are a specialty boutique, some of our items are one of a kind or specialty seasonal and not reorder able, we cannot guarantee that the item size or color you want will be available. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to make an exchange and we will do our best to accommodate you. Product Returns

We take pride in all our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase from A Mother’s Haven. However, if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, we will do our best to make it easy to get exactly what you want.

All returns may be made in our store or via mail, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition in its original packaging may be returned with your receipt or packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Sale merchandise in new or unused condition are final sale and may not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item that appears to have been used, worn, or washed prior to return.
