This Shipping Policy explains the delivery services available from Bigjigs Toys, estimated delivery times and other important information about shipping your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside of our control.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 working days

Cost: £2.99

FREE on orders over £30.00

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 working days

Cost: £4.99

FREE on orders over £100.00

Place your order before 2:00pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut off time, at weekends or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Click & Collect

We offer FREE Click & Collect from our Folkestone HQ.

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will normally be ready to collect on the next working day.

•We'll contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Orders must be collected within 28 days of being made available. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded.

European Deliveries

Due to post-Brexit customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders to European Union destinations where the total order value exceeds €150 (approximately £127) .

If your order exceeds this value, please split it into separate orders below the threshold.

Shipping charges for European destinations are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.

Please note that local import taxes, customs duties or handling charges may be payable depending on your country's regulations.

International Deliveries

We ship to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight and the shipping service selected.

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in your order total unless stated otherwise. These charges are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an international order is refused or returned because customs charges have not been paid, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping costs and any charges incurred in returning the parcel to us.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated times shown, delays can occasionally occur due to:

•adverse weather conditions;

•courier disruptions;

•customs processing;

•public holidays; or

•other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays occur.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.

This policy explains when you can return an item, how refunds are processed and any exclusions that may apply. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you change your mind, you may return most unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

•Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

•Be unused and in a resalable condition.

•Be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.

•Include any accessories, instructions and components supplied with the product.

Unless you are exercising your statutory right to cancel or returning a faulty item, the original delivery charge is non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email returns@bigjigstoys.co.uk with the following information:

•Your order number.

•The product(s) you wish to return.

•The reason for your return.

•Photographs of any faults or damage (where applicable).

Our Customer Services team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not return products until you have received return instructions, as this may delay the processing of your refund.

Return Postage

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, develops a fault or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please include photographs so we can assess the issue quickly.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied in error, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a repair, replacement or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow a few working days for your payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Extended Christmas Returns

To make Christmas shopping easier, we offer an extended returns period during the festive season.

The qualifying purchase dates and return deadline will be published on this page before the Christmas period each year.

Unless otherwise stated, products purchased from our Damaged Box range are excluded from the extended Christmas returns offer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Where applicable, any exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
