Return Eligibility

RuffledThread will honor returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receiving your items. Customers are accountable for return shipping expenses. Please understand that as a small business, we pour a lot of personal attention into every order we handle.

If a product you receive is defective, please reach out to us at within 48 hours . Minor misprints or smudges are NOT considered defects due to the handmade nature of the material.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with return shipping fees deducted if you choose to use our return label.
