In Store Pickup 3994 North Oracle Road, Tucson Arizona 85705 Orders can be picked up daily during normal store hours . An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.Processing and HandlingYour order will be processed, pulled, packed and labeled within one business day of placing your order. If there are circumstances that prevent us from that one day turn around you will be notified via an email from customerservice@arcanumsanctorum.com. This processing and handling time does not apply to any orders containing items that are "Pre-Orders". These situations are outlined below.
Pre-OrdersAny orders containing items that are "pre-orders" will not ship until all of the items become available. We do our very best to send out pre-order items as soon as possible to get them to you as close to the release date as we can. All pre-orders are subject to delays at the manufacturer and distributor level. As soon as the products are available to us we will ship them within one business day using the shipping method that was selected at checkout.
ShippingWe offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to best serve your needs and do our best to offer you the most accurate shipping prices possible. Listed shipping estimates are provided by the carriers and are not a guarantee of delivery date. We will ship out orders based on the level of shipping that you have chosen and send tracking info to the email that was used to place the order as soon as we print the label. Returns from The Arcanum Sanctorum
The Arcanum Sanctorum will accept returns on all unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. The Arcanum Sanctorum does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method. Please email customerservice@arcanumsanctorum.com for approval and the preferred method of payment before sending back merchandise.
If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will need to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. Please notify The Arcanum Sanctorum if help is needed locating the manufacturer.
