Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required.

Shipping Areas

We ship to physical street addresses within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address.

Processing & Delivery Time

Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Delivery: 5–7 business days

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Orders ship via FedEx or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Deliveries are typically made to your front door or the ground floor lobby of your building. Inside delivery and assembly services are not included.

*Note: Some larger items may be shipped in multiple boxes, which could arrive on different days.

Important — Solid Wood Furniture

Please ensure doorways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate the item before ordering. Packaging may be larger than the product itself. Returns due to size or access issues are the customer's responsibility, including return shipping costs. Retain all original packaging until the item is fully inspected.

Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, no recipient available, refusal, or inaccessible location, additional re-delivery or storage fees are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Risk & Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check around your property or with neighbors. If it is officially lost or misdelivered by the carrier, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in filing a claim and finding a solution.

Damages in Transit

We package our solid wood furniture with great care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at eira@ikaslandi.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will work quickly to send replacement parts or a new unit at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping for non-defective items.

Solid Wood — Natural Characteristics

Solid wood is unique by nature. The following are not defects:

•Variations in grain, color, knots, or texture

•Dimensional tolerance of ±1 inch

•Minor expansion/contraction due to temperature or humidity

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and contact info. Keep all items and packaging until resolved.

180-Day Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects for 180 days from delivery. Does not cover misuse, improper care, or normal wear.

To claim: email us with your order number and photos.

Partial Refunds

May apply if items show signs of use, assembly, or damage not caused by us, or if returned outside the eligible period.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or transit-damaged items only.

Gift returns are issued as store credit (gift certificate).
