Note: Orders usually leave our Distribution Center within 1–2 business days after being placed. We process orders 7 days a week, but shipments only go out Monday through Friday.

Expedited & Express Shipping

Need it sooner? We got you—just keep this in mind:

Orders placed after 9 AM PT will ship the next business day.

Express orders placed before 9 AM PT should arrive by 3 PM PT the next business day.

No weekend delivery on expedited or express options.

Signature is required for express and expedited orders.

UPS will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.

If UPS leaves a delivery note, please follow the instructions to ensure you receive your order without delay.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Pura Vida is not responsible for any duties or taxes on Canadian orders. The amount you may be charged depends on your local customs authority and the total value of your package.We also aren’t responsible for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) on orders over $150 CAD.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy guidelines.

Something Damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, there’s no need to return it. Just contact us here within 30 days with:

•Your order number

•A photo of the damaged item and we’ll send you a replacement—no hassle.

Got it as a Gift?

We can still help! If your gift is broken or damaged, contact us within 30 days. Just send us the order number (or the email of the awesome friend or family member who sent it), and we’ll take care of the rest.
