In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with ShipAid and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Please note that a claim cannot be processed until 15 business days past your posted delivery date.

If you do not purchase ShipAid package protection, Erica's ATA is not liable for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered or damaged packages. We assume no responsibility for packages after they have been received by the shipping courier. Please reference your tracking number and contact your local post office / courier for the most up to date information regarding your package.

No refunds will be issued for delays in shipping by the carrier.

Please note Erica’s ATA reserves the right to change the shipping method at our own discretion. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by government, weather or other natural disasters.

International Fees: UPS, DHL, and FedEx will charge duty and broker fees for all new merchandise. These fees and/or government import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Erica's ATA is not responsible for any additional fees your order may be charged due to country origin. Erica's ATA is not responsible for parcels returned to sender due to incomplete duty and broker fees. Customers must contact their local post office to inquire about any customs issues and/or fees.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing hello@ericasata.com .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ericasata.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that the original shipping fees will not be returned.

Electrical items such as, but not limited to, electric files, nail lamps, and table lights will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items eligible for replacement must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for Luminary Nail Systems, Akzentz, Kokoist, Podoexpert, Onyfix, The Big Suck Dust Collector or Lucas-Cide products, as well as online education, or in-person class deposits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
