Shipping Policy & Delivery Costs

One-off Delivery (no subscription): £6.50 per delivery (special dishes are only delivered on certain days of the week)

Subscription Delivery: £5.00 per delivery

Meal Bundles

Please note that the ordering deadline for guaranteed next week home delivery is Thursday, 2pm. While we will do our best to ensure your order can reach you we cannot guarantee any orders for delivery after this time. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to deliver to you within your preferred date. We currently only ship our products within the UK. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. All bundles related orders are shipped a maximum of twice a week (on either Monday or Wednesday). Shipping is completed by a 3rd Party Provider.

Delays & Bank Holidays

Please be aware that orders might be delayed due to reasons outside of our control such as postal service problems or high volume orders. This includes minor delays during national Bank Holidays. In this instance we will provide you with an updated delivery time for the week. We currently do not offer international shipping or local pick ups on our products.

Due to the nature and perishability of our products we do not accept returns after orders have been created or despatched.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@munchdmeals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds If in the event you believe you are eligible for a refund please contact us with your order number and issue. We will notify you once we’ve decided if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
