Europe delivery aim is 5 working days. This is international tracked shipping with Royal Mail*

Worldwide Delivery aim is 7 working days sent via international tracked shipping with Royal Mail* Sometimes this could take longer due to processing through customs.

New US customs regulations mean that all parcels entering the USA are now subject to import duties and taxes however these are now included at checkout. This means that you won't get any surprise bills as everything is prepaid.

Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 4 working days*

*Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax being imposed by your native country.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the address is correct on the order before check out. If your parcel has been returned to us due to failure to collect from the Post Office, once returned back to Mayhem Made we will contact you. The new postage fee will need to be covered by the customer.

We operate on a 30 day returns basis due to each item being made to order and items are handcrafted which makes each one unique. This means that each piece will have their own characterisations, shades and differences in appearance. Each item is 3D printed on a machine which is hand made so each item may not be perfect and look exactly the same as another items, we try to keep our quality to a high standard, so refund or return due to this will not be accepted. However in some circumstances we may be able to come to an arrangement.

If the 30 days are up from purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please take a photograph of your item precisely as delivered to our company email address: Mayhemmadehome@gmail.com your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
